Terms of delivery and payment

These terms of delivery and payment are valid from 30.12.2021. By clicking “Place your order” you agree to the terms of delivery and payment policy shop.leso.fi. Online Store Leso – www.shop.leso.fi (Doroff Oy, Business ID 2747528-4) Customer service email: info@leso.fi The Finnish Leso online shop sells products to individuals in full age. Prices for products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. Currently we deliver to: Austria Estonia  Germany Sweden Shipping costs: Free shipping on orders over 100 euros. All orders under € 100 Shipping costs starting at € 4.90. The final delivery cost of the shipment depends on the country of shipment, you will see the final delivery cost in the shopping cart.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying the shopping cart content in the online payment service. All customer data is handled confidentially. The contact information that is sought when ordering is not used for purposes other than the delivery of the order or the ambiguities therein, unless explicitly stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to be familiar with and committed to the current delivery terms.

acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Order and payment confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation email, showing your order details. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us by email: info@leso.fi Always check the order confirmation content. Make sure that your name, addres, cell phone number, and e-mail address are correct. If you notice an error, contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. In your dealings with customer service, always keep your order number available. Return rights

Leso offers 14 days returns rights, valid from the day you received your order. Use the prepaid return label included in your package. The consumer must make a cancellation notice to the online store within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Return goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The merchandise must be in original condition and must not be worn, altered or washed. All tags must still be attached. Once we have received your return, the price of the products we will refund and return costs will be refunded. Return costs: Return costs will be charged to the customer upon return € 8.

Exchance rights

Leso.fi offers 14 days of exchange rights, valid from the day you received your order. Use the prepaid return label included in your package. The merchandise must be in original condition and must not be worn, altered or washed. All tags must still be attached. Place a new order for the correct size or colour and you will have your new item within 3-7 business days. Product replacement will be successful if the product is unused and in original condition. Please, return the original condition item to us, with the prepaid return label in your parcel. When we receive your return, a refund will be made, we will refund the price of the product, we charge a return fee of € 8. Return costs will be charged to the customer upon return.

Delivery methods and costs

The delivery methods used depend on the content and the total weight of the shopping cart. You can choose the option that best suits you from your checkout methods. Parcel Connect is produced in partnership with DHL and Bring. With partner companies, Posti has established a network of over 47,500 service points across Europe.

Dispatched within 3-7 business day

Our deliveries are often very fast, the order is intended to be sent within 3-7 business days. The most common delivery time in Europe varies depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates are reported if there are products out of stock in the shopping cart and we will also notify you of any delays after ordering immediately. We do not respond to delays caused by force majeure or indirect disadvantages caused by delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on it website.

Shipment retention time -14 days

The storage time of the shipment after the delivery attempt or after arrival is 14 days. The non-retrieved packet returns to the sender – Parcel Connect Undelivered. The non-retrieved package that the customer has not picked up, and if the customer has not made a cancellation notice within 14 days of sending the order, we will inherit the shipping costs and return costs of € 25.

Return instructions

If the return product is in compliance with the refund policy, we will refund the amount of the product to you via the Paytrail Plc or Klarna payments service, from which all our payment services pass. You can enter a return form that came with your order, which product you want to return, the product name, color, and size. Once we have received your return, we will process it as soon as possible. Return costs will be charged to the customer upon return € 8.

Non-retrieved package

According to the regulations, the customer must always notify the seller of the return and trade cancellation. The non-retrieved packet returns to us by Parcel Connect Undelivered. Simply failing to retrieve a shipment is not enough to withdraw the trade. The unredeemed package that the customer has not picked up, and if the customer has not made a cancellation notice within 14 days of sending the order, we will inherit the shipping costs and return costs of 25 €. The packages will automatically return to us as a Parcel Connect Undelivered.

Problem situations

If the package is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error immediately, but no later than 14 days after us. You can also report an error by email to our customer service info@leso.fi If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately make a claim directly to the transit.
