Return and exchance rights

Leso.fi offers 14 days of return and exchange rights, valid from the day you received your order. Use the prepaid return label included in your package. The merchandise must be in original condition and must not be worn, altered or washed. All tags must still be attached. Place a new order for the correct size or colour and you will have your new item within 3-7 business days. Product replacement will be successful if the product is unused and in original condition. Please, return the original condition item to us, with the prepaid return label in your parcel. When we receive your return, a refund will be made, we will refund the price of the product. Return costs will be charged to the customer upon return € 8.

How do I return the product/products?

1. Notify us of your return via email info@leso.fi 2. Fold products back into original packaging. The molded wrinkled garment is not in a sales condition, so fold clothes carefully, please. If the product shows plenty of pet hair, dust, handle the product with a sticker roll before dispatch. Also handle the plastic product packaging with caution. 3. Complete the customer return form, which came with your order, there was also a customer return label. (Return form is on the reverse side of the order receipt.) 4. Pack the products in the original shipping package and put the customer return form that is completed according to the shipment. Close the shipment carefully and cover the previous shipment information, and then remove the sticker protectors to put the return label on your package. 5Export return to the same location from where you picked the package or return it nearest DHL Parcelshops you can find here -> DHL Parcelshops 6. Retrieve the receipt of the return and keep the receipt until you receive an email from us for the receipt of the return.

Claim?

If your product was defective, please send us an email at info@leso.fi and include a photo of the defective product.
